Shipping policy

All Orders are Shipped using DPD next day delivery and subject to a flat rate fee of £6.50. This covers  all orders up to 20kg being sent within the United Kingdom. Orders being sent outside of the uk will be subject to international shipping rates and should contact Glowganic01@gmail.com before making a purchase.  

If you order has not arrived Glowganic.ltd will only be liable to refund your shipping fee, any lost items will be unable to be refunded.
